Just seems a bit delayed in response time. Wish things could be a bit faster when responding to messages... could have more categories for reasons for contacting your doctor. Just b/c something is not an emergency doesn't mean it's not important or time sensitive. Expand the options for reasons you contacting the doctor via the app.

I'm trying to access the app & it's been trying to update for a whole day. Tge app is supposedly for convenience ut I can't even access it due to the needed update, so I just stuck watching the circle spin getting no where I guess I have to sign on through my laptop or computer shame

I liked the old fashioned way of doing the Dr visits but I understand that change is needed because of COVID. I do like being able to view the results online when I an able to get into my account. It can be a good app if only I could get into my account

Very user friendly. You can look back at your records from other places not just Ohio Health. So its very convenient.

This app makes it easy to see and check in for appointments. It is also great for seeing your lab results too. It can also help you manage your account balance. I recommend this app from Ohio Health.

Every time I try to complete the e-checkin, I get an error message. For a week, I get an error message. How can the app not be working for that long?
