Awful, the app never loads

Doesnt update for me at all. Installed the app late January or early February, since then I have had probably 3 to 5 notifications a week for either road closures or press release but that's all I can see. I cant expand the notification in my drop bar for more info and when I tap it to find out more, it brings me to a page that shows the most recent notification being from around the time I downloaded this app never showing me what I just got the notification for. Tried restart and redownloading

this app is terrible... the inmates are never updated and as far as the warrants are concerned, most of the people have been arrested or have addressed the warrants and are still listed as having said warrants and that's not good. it's rather be able to use the old mobile patrol app which i cannot find. at least the inmates are updated etc

I constantly have to delete the app and try to reinstall it. Right now I can't get it to install at all and it was working two days ago. This & Mobile Patrol are too inconsistent.
