why is the FAQ section of this portal hidden and require a log in, that by the way is not even given as an option for signing up for?? that's not very useful! also, the links to the site (for which this app is just a portal) just send you to a page that has a disclaimer but no way to get further thereby forcing you to click on the play store link to get this app, which yep you guessed it sends you to that page, which has a disclaimer (repeat until all faith in the development team is lost)

Shouldn't have to be required to install an app just to check inmate roster for a family member, if I could give it zero, or minus 10, I would

Gotta love r Sherrif Dept!I'm from San Benito, but Monterey County is where my family lives & where I shop.During this past election I've grown 2 love & apprec. them more than ever!Broke my ❤ 2 hear & see so many&as a whole, be so disrespected! These men & women leave their homes&family daily(shift)not knowing if they'll make it home. They willingly jump in the middle of scenarios that we can't even imagine. The scenarios that we pray will never come into r homes/life.First responders,THANK U all!

Why an app? Just link to your website. And really, who in their right mind would give a law enforcement agency access to their files, photos, etc. No need to send your canned response.
