Wont show mugshot pictures on my samsung s21 ultra

My mugshot and notifications haven't worked in a while. I used to love this app, I tried re-downloading the app multiple times and still doesn't work correctly.

I've used this app since I first went to Key West and was satisfied. BUT they switched to a different server I think to upgrade it--and since then no pictures of the arrested folks appear. I've un-installed at least three times and reinstalled the app but still no arrest photos! Please tell me why!

Hi, I have an Android moto g power (2022) and like others the mugshots so not appear any longer. DH has a Google pixel and he has the same problem. Traffic reports are inconsistent, not sure if that's a mcso issue or an app issue.

Recent update August 2024, the pics of arrests no longer work on Android but does on Apple i did delete and reinstall but still doesn't work.
