I think so far octafx has been quite nice with the deposit bonus and what not. However, I do hope the one click close all order button do get implemented just like what someone else has written in another post. As well as an in app warning when the server is about to go into maintenance every weekend so i will not go into any trades.

The app is so user unfriendly that it is difficult or perhaps even impossible to trade the way you can elsewhere. I have tried a number of times to get back my deposit from day one but I always just get the run around and denials, including today when I was told I had not requested a withdrawal, this was after me entering all my banking details to effect the refund. I have no trust in this app or the company behind it right now.

When im trade during news, and on floating loss then the apps suddenly loading and tell me protocol somewhat. I want to close to minimise my loss, then until im on big loss then it become normal even though my line was stable at the first place. This is how they generate profit. They make the apps crash on purpose.

Octa fx is really nice when it comes to deposit and withdrawal, but! Octa fx needs this upgrade: 1. Closing of all order with a single click. 2. Allow to rotate on users phone screen. 3. Be able to close order in single click. 4. Fast loading of any chart. Thank you.

This is the worst trading app ever! Response is so slow and has led to many losses. It's more annoying that I can't connect my account with mt4. Very very bad trading interface. You guys can do better than this, or at least take ideas from other trading apps out there like exness. This is so poor!!!!

I've has a difficult time using this app. I transferred some money into the account I was directed to. But up to a whole week my account is still reading zero. I've laid a complaint and assurances have been given, yet nothing has changed. I think I have lost my money
