This app is hopeless. My brother and I both registered for a general play score, so far so good. On finishing we entered our scores, and both signed to verify them, on pressing the finalise button we were informed that the scores couldn't be accepted because tee set 322287 was not found. I used it for the first time last week and it worked no problem, very frustrating.

Would like to be able to use this app since installation some weeks ago, however I cannot get past the landing page. When I click on the General Play/Handicap button, I am directed to insert my CDH number. Then NOTHING. Have tried on several occasions to access whilst at my home and away courses , but nothing happens Nothing like the video provided on web site. Have also tried to contact for help , but so far silence ! I would like to think someone that can help will read this and react, but not sure that will happen.

App is good however needs work. One aspect to fix - when accessing hcap index the app rotates into landscape (from portrait) when looking at detail, and then can't be placed back into portrait - you have to exit the app & start again - crazy.

This App is sooo frustrating. Every week I look forward to playing in the medal on a saturday so go into the app and get as far as scoring and my playing partner name comes up but hole 1 is not in the box at the top, ive tried everything going to card first but goes onto another page with no joy, ive tried coming out and going back in with no success. Strangely though it always seem to be whoever teams up with me and we cannot enter scores. It has updated but no joy . My phone is an Android.

The app is unclear, not well laid out and unpleasing to use/look at. Also, wouldn't let me add a general play score at a club I was sat at as it told me I was over 5m miles away! It appears as though a lot more investment is needed in this app to make it fit for purpose.

Really poor app, should never have been released in this form. Trying to enter general play scores is a nightmare, tried 3 times at home course, 3 crashes with unexpected errors. GPS at away courses really poor, standing on 1st tee app lists 3 courses 5 miles away and not course I'm on. Search function has never worked for me. App needs some serious work to be functional.
