Stopped working again. This app is so glitchy. Works great for a few months, then just refuses to sync with the scales again. Super annoying. Will see if it's working again in a few days before I put the scales in the bin. Stopped working this month. Wont sync with the scales at all even though the scales are working fine. Update. Can get it to work now but only if I try I go into the Bluetooth setting, ask it to pair, then open the eufy app at the same time.

Great app and ease of use. Will rate 5 stars if data management can be utilized better. Such as it would be nice to see the weight for weekly, monthly, yearly but I can only scroll across to see the most recent 5 data. Other than that no probs.

The app will not pair with the scale despite following all the steps so it renders the whole smart aspect of the product useless and as such I will be returning the scale. The process for adding a device in general appears to be buggy as it does not even beginning scanning 75% of the time, it just crashes.

App hangs and is unresponsive at times when setting up. Now set up it seems OK. I wish I didn't have to use it (it would be good to have it connect directly to Google Fit rather than having to install yet another single purpose app). Do I trust Eufy? No idea.. Why does it require permission for full network access and WiFi? I only want it to talk to my smart scale so I can see weight and body fat. I wish I could turn network connection permission off.

Just started using the scale so I like the features but connection was a little confusing. App kept telling me that it couldn't detect my phone even though all permissions were turned on. Turned off/on the phone and voila, it connected; but very frustrating before the phone restart.

Eufy gives every tidbit of info you could have wanted- and them some! Very helpful in my weight loss and health improving journey. It helps keep me motivated and inspires me to stay focused on what is best for my body ( hydration, visceral fat, BMI, lbs of muscle, fat,bones,etc). I am delighted with it. It even charts my progress!
