This has a lot of potential to beat out other competitors. Overall, it's a decent monitor/app. However, the night vision seemed to have malfunctioned all of a sudden where the screen would just be black. We used another device with infrared light, and it works now. The cry detection also only works a handful of time, which is a bummer because that was the selling point for me. The cherry on top would be to have motion detection/video playback. I do like how there is a temperature detection.

When it works, it's great, but it seems temperamental. The sleep sock doesn't consistently send alerts even with them turned on. The camera night vision is inconsistent. It was a very poor image for 3-4 months, then all of a sudden, the night vision seemed to have flipped to a higher level. We were able to see the baby's face clearly. We're at about 5 months now and the night vision flipped back to where we can barely see the baby's outline.

Been using a year. Only complaint is the arrow keys. If you hold them down to move camera too long, it rotates the camera to the limit of its range which is dumb. Should just move until you let go. But connectivity, picture quality, usability, 2 way audio are all great. I love Eufy products. And you can unplug in 1 room and move to another seamlessly. As soon as you plug back in, it does its homing routine, and youre good to go.

When it works it is great. Have only had for 2 weeks and baby wears it nightly. Last 3 nights wake up and says base is offline. No notification sent to let me know. We trouble shoot and nothing the app directs us to do works to fix it. Then after time it magically starts to work again. Indicator light on sock says connected and base is green. Also sometimes when sock is on baby, I pull up all and says charging and will not give stat readings. Very frustrated.

After a 1.5months of use: Good app/great sock. I love being able to monitor my baby's heart rate, O2, and movement while also having a visual image of him. But the opening screen is too bright white when you are opening it in the middle of the night to check on your baby. It also sends too many notifications of the same thing at once. Yet, the sleep cycles are close to the real sleeping times.

love this app and the monitor. although there are a few kinks such as sometimes the sock does not show that stats sometimes and the monitor is a pain to set up to different wifi, sometimes the noise notificationsare delayed by hours. but the quality of picture is unmatched, the sound also. it is awesome when I am traveling and I can take a peep while my kid is napping. overall really nice
