Other users have already reported problems caused by the back-end system falling over, such as the interactive map not working or asking the user to connect to the Ocean Park Wi-fi when it is already connected. What is disappointing is that even when the app is working, it is so limiting. For example, I would like to know the next up and coming event. Can't tell you. I would like to know the event venue nearest to my current location. Sorry, can't do that. Can I see the list of events in the order of their starting time? No, you cannot. How long does an event last. Don't know. Get the idea? Absolutely useless for planning the day.

UI is very outdated, similar to Windows Start-Menu style which is obsolete a decade ago. the app seems to be ported from iOS as pressing back button immediately quit the program. App consider me not connected to wifi everytime i switch off the screen for a while, making me need to reconnect the wifi in order to use the app properly. the worst thing is - why do i need to connect to wifi (which is impossible to be stable throughout the whole park) to use its function?? that's a stupid decision

Useful for the list of attractions undergoing maintenance and show times, but opening the interactive map crashes the app every time, most of the features won't function unless you connect to the park's wifi, and when left open for more than 10 minutes started to heat up my phone to dangerous temperatures.

Interactive map is useful, but the map loads slowly and the UI could be greatly trimmed down since there are many redundant features. Also, it's very annoying to have to download a separate app to make ride and restaurant reservations in the park.

Sucks. Totally useless app. Interactive map is just a jpeg, constantly have to re connect to the park network. Park information and schedule......! Stick to the paper map, it's more up-to-date.

not user friendly, the show time should be found more easily, now i have to click in each event but then realize that there is no more show. very very bad user interface. why interactive map need to go with wifi? wifi actually not strong enough.
