La aplicación me botó y ya no me deja entrar ni por la app ni por la web, me dice que mi contraseña está mal y no es así, trato de restablecerla y solo dice que me enviará un link para restablecer por correo y nunca me llega. Por chat y teléfono solo me dicen que es un problema general ya identificado y que intente más tarde, llevo así 3 semanas

La aplicación me saca de mi cuenta y cuando intento ingresar la contraseña me dice que no es valida. La mando a resetear y nunca me llega el correo con la nueva contraseña. No es la primera vez que pasa y termino teniendo que hablar y duran como media hora para que yo pueda volver a entrar pprque me borran mi cuenta y tengo que volver a crear una nueva.
