App use to work fine... it did what I needed it to do... since I did the last update on the app the button to use Google maps to navigate to my tracker doesn't work... it tells me that maps is either not installed (and it is installed) or its disabled (and it's not)... this bug needs to be fixed and I would give a 5 star rating... until then it's only getting 3 stars.... barely.

Had this for a few years, was working GREAT. But recently the app won't let me select the "Info" tab that usually tells me the status of the gps nor will it give me any alerts for low batter, zones, speed ect. I tap on the "Devices" tab and only shows the available device I'm using but can't do nothing else. I have restarted the app and phone numerous times while also reinstalling it 7 times. Restarted the gps, took the Sim card out. Only shows the location that's all. Please update.

App used to work amazingly now for the past few months it will not show current device location only shows the last location it sat for more than 24 hours will not update customer service is useless they tell you that we can see just fine and yet the device is sitting in my trailer in front of me but the app shows that it's over 20 miles away. Ask for a refund of the month service that the device was not working properly and was told it's working fine.

Don't even get text messages now and get emails instead which never showed up in my inbox before. This program is very "jerky" and all over the place . It has no consistency to it anymore.

Not pinging location every 60 seconds when I track in app. Not always sending alerts for start stop trips. Sends alerts from email to phone sometimes. Cant read entire message or click on google map link.

Not bad. everything works pretty well. Biggest problem sometimes doesn't report at all and will show it in the wrong location until it moves. Also shows the date as being 5 days ahead and 3hrs ahead time wise. Not helpful for use in court.
