Everything is fine. But I think it should be more responsive, when I click on any button it loads for relatively few seconds more than any benchmark Android app. For example- Google Pay. Simplicity with performance.

OBC teams do not care about customer service. I was a fool that I tried the app while OBC doesn't believe in customer satisfaction. "Internal server error".

Still I don't have received any rewards. I complained many times and sent all the details.

App again installed. However all reward points for shopping during Dec 2018 through debit card not yet been credited inspite of repeated required details alongwith statement of account in pdf file with password submitted. Hopefully, it would be usefull now.
