Useless watch. It does not always count the steps. It has to be reinstalled every time the battery runs out. The app requires access to personal infomation. I bought the watch. It was not free. Why do I need to give it access to all my information in order to work. What a waste of money. PLEASE, don't waste your money.

Useless band and app. No clear instructions won't sync with my phone. The worst mistake I bought the band in a plane and getting a refund has proved to be impossible with noone wanting to take responsibility

I have the smart omniband. I downloaded this app to help change the date and time that was incorrect with my smart band but the app couldn't sync with my band and hence still facing that issue. The app in the end wasn't helpful to me, nor were there any clear instructions on the manual to aid.

Seemed good at first but keeps losing connection and the only way to reconnect is to uninstall and reinstall the app! I can see why this watch was in the bargain bin for £10. If I had spent €70 I was be seething. The app is beyond basic. Terrible.

This app is awful, you can't even scan to find the watch. I don't understand why it wants to work on iOS but not android. Please fix this issue as I now feel I have wastted my money in buying this fitness watch
