I am not happy that the app takes long to stay on home screen anytime I try using it. I mean it is not fast in loading. And try to make it have to allow user to add app to it folder

Adding apps to folders ( reply to question Rajev Shete, how to add to folders) you need to build your folder with desired apps on the front page before the tiles page...or move an existing tile to front page to modify it, .then you can move it to the tiled pages where it will convert to a tile when you drop it in place
