Used to love this app. Then there was an update, now I can't get the green valuation dots to disappear even with the box unticked. Been like that for a month now. Can't find anyway on the app to contact anyone about this. Very frustrating. Will be using a another real estate app from now on.

Would give 5 stars except lately I keep getting a JWT error and it won't load my saved properties and searches. It was a really great app - this has been fixed so back to 5 stars. Thanks devs

Have tried to contact One roof on 3 occasions with zero response. The valuation on my property is around 35% below my 3 real estate appraisals. I wouldnt mind so much how inaccurate there valuations are if they didn't advertise saying if u want a house value go to oneroof. Very misleading

I downloaded the app to make checking house prices in the area easier, when you search in the app for a property for sale you get "insufficient data" but you look the same property up on the mobile website and get a figure.. not even sure how that's possible as it'll be using the same database. The app runs nice, and looks nice - but is fundamentally not useful compared.

Has potential but had to delete because it would never save a search or complete a search properly for me. Seemed to have particular problems with location and Max price. Also got a lot of error messages when opening a link from Google search. I've just gone back to using OneRoof from the phone browser - much easier right now.

Found the convoluted way to set the land area. Not sure why this is not in the search option. But there is only a very limited pre selection. Why not custom so that I can find the for example 5000m land that I want. Now I need to select 1000+ and go trough all the listings to see if it is more than 5000 Why not adding a custom value Also it would be nice to filter on freehold only and on only NON- new builds as the site is overloaded by new build houses which are almost all the same.
