Even though the app shows otp has been sent to the registered mobile and e-mail but I am not receiving it. Where is my bus functionality also doesn't work. It always give message GPS feed not available. I am not receiving any sms related to the transport request, I need to login to the app to check the notification section regarding the bus allocated and the timing.

Worst experience always.. 1 Cab location is not available 2 we couldn't able to call the driver through app 3 We couldn't able to see whether the cab has been booked or not. i have missed to book cab and i thought i have booked cab already. while drop time cab desk didn't give me cab 4 couldn't roster for whole week or month if we miss to book on Friday night.. This app is not at all user friendly.too... Safetrax app was best

Need lots of improvement with where is my cab feature. Its very difficult to track the cab location as its getting updated around every 10 mins.
