First off, the app doesn't have a "remember me" option so you have to log in every time, which is okay and for something medical related, I get it. However, I created an account, tried to log in and it said that password was incorrect even after entering it 3 more times. I just made it so I know I didn't forget it, but I hit forgot password, made a new one so I could log in. I did that, logged in, great! Went to log in today, told me my password was wrong again. I'm not creating a new one again.

Convenient, affordable, accessible. Takes them days-weeks to respond to messages. Another week or so to to put the order through, no option for expedited shipping. But then your card gets declined (bank issues, low income, etc.) they lock the prescription until you change cards/message them to re-up the RX. Birth control is something you have to take regularly and it's ridiculous for them to make it so hard and time consuming EVERY time I try to order. Planned Parenthood is still best.

I used to love this app for bc. I needed an emergency contraceptive and decided to get it through this app. It said $20. I checked out and my total was $35 because of the "consultation fee" which is dumb cause it's just plan b but hey I'll pay $35 instead of $50 if I got it directly from the store. I picked it up for it to be the regular $50 plus a stupid $15 consultation fee! Ridiculous! Very misleading.

They confirmed I was entitled to a refund for debiting me for a deactivated account. I was told 5-10 days to receive the refund. It's been nearly 30 days! Only giving 1 star because I have to. I deactivated my account weeks ago but was still debited today for a subscription I opted out of. Contacted customer service multiple times, no answer and no refund. I wouldn't recommend allowing to company access to automated monthly debits. You will be charged and ignored even if you close your account

I used them for a couple of years. I have had to change my password three times over the course of three months. Could not get access to my own account due to an error saying that i did not have permission to access this account (after i already changed my password so i knew that was not the issue). I tried reaching out several times and was told to change my password and nobody has reached out to help me since. I have since changed who i get my birth control from.

Honestly my initial experience was great! But after I left an initial good review they've stopped talking to me and answering my questions. I started on birth control 8 days ago and have been bleeding since I started! And not just break through spotting - the pills have forced me to have my period and I'm still bleeding even though the majority of it is all done. And again, more than just spotting. Idk if I should keep taking the pills because no one is answering me in the messaging system.
