About this app

The United States Parachute Association (USPA) Integrated Student Program is designed to guide individuals through the process of becoming a licensed skydiver. The program includes various categories or levels, each with specific requirements and dive flows.

Keep in mind that the Integrated Student Program typically includes categories such as Category A, Category B, Category C, and so on. Each category introduces new skills and requirements for the student to progress towards obtaining their skydiving license. The progression involves demonstrating proficiency in various freefall and canopy skills, as well as meeting certain altitude and safety requirements.

ISP (Integrated Student Program) Category Dive Flows :

1. Category A
- AFF freefall
- Canopy

2. Category B
- AFF freefall
- Canopy

In Category B, you learn to become more comfortable in the skydiving environment.

3. Category C
- AFF freefall C1
- AFF freefall C2
- Canopy

Have a head start on the point of the next lesson’s freefall skills: relaxed control using the procedure, “altitude, arch, legs, relax.”

4. Category D
- AFF freefall D1
- AFF freefall D2
- Canopy D1
- Canopy D2

In Category D, you’ll learn to control heading by modifying the neutral position using your upper body to deflect air.

5. Category E
- Freefall E1
- Freefall E2
- Canopy

In Category E, you practice unpoised (door) exits and aerobatics to increase your confidence, awareness, and control in freefall.

6. Category F
- Freefall F
- Canopy

Tracking is a basic group skydiving skill that enables jumpers to gain sufficient freefall separation for a safe opening. It is such an important skill that the freefall training in this category is devoted entirely to tracking techniques.

7. Category G
- Freefall G1
- Freefall G2
- Freefall G3
- Canopy

Freefall skills in Category G address group skydiving maneuvers.

8. Category H
- Freefall H
- Canopy
- A license Check Dive

The last category of the ISP finishes preparing you for the USPA A-license so you can supervise yourself as an independent skydiver.
