1. Always opens on the "find your stop" page, and no available options to switch to map page as default (timings are inaccurate, better of to get a visual representation of where the bus it). 2. Bus timings and locations have a 50/50 chance of being accurate - After switching apps, e.g. from WhatsApp back to NTU Campus Bus, the "live location" of the buses will simply freeze. Always need to restart the app to refresh the bus locations again (going through point 1 in the process). 3. Would be great if the bus icons could be bigger/more obvious? It's not like there are that many campus buses in the first place such that the bus icons have to be so tiny. Or perhaps an option to overlay multiple lines to help in deciding which line to take. 4. I understand this is the "official" NTU Bus app but the UI/UX is seriously disappointing. Installed to support the "house brand" but just left utterly disappointed.

Totally inaccurate and tbh ntu vision to be smart campus isn't portrayed in this app, where is the direct feedback channel in app, similar to oneservice app by sg gov? The app doesnt even inform commuters about the crowd level in the bus unlike mytransport app.
