This is a good basic healthcare remote app. Never used any other, but it took awhile to learn it, then again I have ADHD. Works fine on my Pixel 4a. This phone is fast. If you have an old phone or out of date version Android, or slow, spotty connection, good luck! YMMV. Like the new update. Having big window for the doctor & smaller for me is great. The audio can get a bit choppy, but it's not the app.

Very sporadic. Cuts out and kicks you off repeatedly forcing you to log back in and restart the whole process to connect with the therapist. Sound also cuts out during the session. You have to repeat yourself constantly. It's very disruptive and makes the session difficult. The only positive comment I can make is the picture/video feed is clear when it doesn't freeze.

Could not get video of person I had meeting with audio is great and it got the job done maybe it was because I was on three or four G network instead of Wi-Fi connection

Good way to get to talk to my doctors in the COVID-19 era. Fine for routine appointments to discuss lab tests using my smart phone, but obviously not if I need an EKG or other hands-on examinations. Very easy to use after downloading the app & getting familiar with it. I am not sure whether it is a good tool for connecting with friends. I don't know whether it is free for personal 1 on 1 communications.

We were sceptical at first, but the app worked great. My wife came in as a guest and the app handled everything. Great job and I'm glad my Dr. Chose netsmart.

The app has a lot of static during a video call. The wifi option nee to change. Also I could not use this format on my laptop/tablet. Dissappointing.
