From what I understand, this app is meant to be used in conjuction with the website. Someone at a computer accepts the calls and dispatches them to the drivers, who then receive the calls on their app. This is only useful if you're a big company. If you're just a one man operation the app is useless. Jobs are not sent directly to your app, the way they are with companies such as Honk, Urgent.ly, Allstate etc. Would love to see this app changed to receive jobs directly.
