The app kept loosing the text and dumping it or parts on the front page (overwriting the photo). Some emoticons in text show up on to of the photo others can't be displayed and are replaced by funny symbols. After re-entering my text for the 2nd time, I copied the text, just in case...When my photo was messed up again I started new & pasted the text back in. However, the text vanished again and this time it had also disappeared from the clipboard. I closed the app. Used the Pokamax website.

Ich benutze die App seit über 2 Jahren und alles hat immer wunderbar funktioniert. Bei kleineren Problemen hilft der Kundenservice schnell und zuverlässig. Das einzige, was ich mir wünschen würde, wäre eine Weiterentwicklung der Collagen und Schriftarten. Dort hat sich nichts mehr getan und man ist teilweise eingeschränkt. Aber ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden :)

Fantastic app, especially for countries with unreliable mail service. Cool
designs and quick delivery, could even use it on mobile data without
burning too many MB. The app is easy to use and if you get a bundle (like
25 prepaid postcards), prices are good. Only thing, wish it was more clear
when a postcard design I'm making is saved. Also once two drafts it had
previously showed me, were later gone when I wanted to finish the cards.
Otherwise, pretty much perfect!
