What I want from a public transport app: navigation, maps, routes. What I get from this app: search by bus stop number, location if I'm lucky. This is a joke, give up making apps, you have no idea what you're doing

This App does not provide any information. At one stop, it stated the bus was not arriving & 4 minutes later the bus arrived. The whole design needs to be reviewed ; redesigned from the ground up

Exactly who knows Canberra bus stop numbers? Apps are meant to be useable so searching by bus route and or location name would be infinitely better than bus stop numbers. In response to the Jan 7 comment. The best apps have two things in common, they work reliably and are user friendly. Instead of designing an app for Canberra locals, think about designing it for tourists who are unfamiliar with Canberra. For example, I recently spent a month in Vienna and despite having no German, could easily navigate through the city via public transport. This is because the information they provide is both accurate and user friendly. I think the problem most of us have with the current version of this app is that we remember what it was like a few years ago when bus route numbers were searchable and it worked quite well.

Just installed on Android 8.1 and it's working fine. Interface is basic but ok once you get used to it. Everyone complaining probably double click URLs and scroll with the down arrow on their desktops. This is a free app, no ads and a friendly active developer. Send feedback not 1 star. Tip: use the mag glass on the keyboard, not the app, when searching for a stop. Use the app's mag glass to switch between recent stops and incoming buses. Long press on stops to delete from the recent list.

Hopeless. Inaccurate rubbish. It's full of phantom buses or displays only scheduled arrival times not actual ones.

Just installed this app. Going to delete it because it's not working like promised. As soon as I open the app, there's a search bar. I enter the stop ID, press the magnifying glass and nothing happens. I've wasted over an hour trying to work out how to use this app with no success. If you're not going to fix thus app, then you should remove it from the app store.
