This system is terrible, video works 10% of the time, and I have to change batteries in sensors every few months. Sensors go off in the middle of the night for no reason. I do not recommend this company. I'm stuck in a contract and completely regret it. I've had nothing but issues with this system.

Rarley connect to camera anymore theres like a 3 second delay to please fix this the connection in the cameras are not good

Worst Alarm System Not worth it don't spend your money on a 5year contract with them. Poor Quality 👎

Poor response. Very slow response to access camera, but will give multiple alerts on vegetation moving with the wind. Still cannot access the camera to find out what caused an alert.

Bought system from northstar, transferred to mymoni,sold to brinks. Equipment obselete 1 yr after bought. Service sucks

HORRIBLE. The Worst security System ever!!! If you're reading this take heed- don't get tricked (as I did). I 1000% regret contracting with this company. They're contracts are long because they now their system & service is ABSOLUTE TRASH and you're stuck.... Stay away. Pay the extra $$ for Vivint or some other service. This system is not reliable. Never responsive enough and always delayed. Customer service will blame your internet every time you complain. This system is Absolute trash.
