This app is my only option for my commute to and from work but its very unreliable and full of bugs. It randomly signs me out or won't allow me to sign in when im boarding the bus. It sucks that this can happen when you're boarding the bus on your commute to work. I really wish this app worked consistently and was reliable to not leave me worried if i could get on the bus or not and possibly be late for work as i uninstall and reinstall the app trying to get it to let me sign in.

This App Needs Enchanced To GoMobile App For All Fixed Routes, Voice Replace w/ New Samantha TTS Voice, Replace Some Safety Announcements, along with Long Street Names, Places like Schools, Stores, Parks & Recreation Centers, Transit Centers, and also GPS on all vehicles, Transfers available for all bus & rail connections.

Overall good, but sometimes some bus (drivers?) have real time tracking & some don't...which is irritating in rain or hot humid weather...I LOVE when real time tracking works as it displays when heavy traffic has effect on bus progress..overall it usually works quite well.

I can't add any of my cards, so I'm not able to purchase tickets which was the whole reason I downloaded the app. It alternates between an error message, an alert bubble that pops up but contains no text, and just freezing up and crashing when I hit submit. 2 stars because it seemed to be pretty accurate at predicting the bus times, at least. I have a Google Pixel 3, for software reference.

Oh hey! it has a GPS on the transportation so I can see where they are on the route! Well, I don't see one coming, guess I'm good to chill and wait inside with the air conditi- the bus just blew by. Ok, so the GPS doesn't always work, heh. Here's the next ride. Hop on, let me just pull up my pass... it signed me out for no reason. Haha, sorry operator, just a second... taking a while to load. Still waiting... there we go! "Pass not found." As buggy and broken as expected from the RTA. slow clap

App is super unreliable. It logs me out randomly and sometimes twice in one session, and when I open my tickets one is sometimes already "in use" (which means if I am not ready to use it I have to) and sometimes tickets are just missing. It also processes pulling up a ticket extremely slowly sometimes, which makes it really hard to board consistently with a ticket already pulled up. Only reason I gave it 2 stars and not one is because it's slightly easier than cash and jazzy pass is too expensive
