When im able to get a ride it has been awesome, but the app keeps crashing. Ive had drivers accept and then not show up or contact me, and because of issues with app been unable to contact driver or nomad team, and if after a half hour of waiting nobody shows up or contacts me im charged 5 dollars for canceling. Smh

The app definitely needs cleaned up for most people to utilize it but bottom line why I'm giving this 5 star even though the app itself needs work (I'm sure they will get there) is the fact it is a cheaper fare for me the rider and all the fare goes to the driver not a company. Power to the proletariat!

Not cheaper than Uber/Lyft. You charge the same as Uber/Lyft in Indianapolis Indiana

So much cheaper than Uber and Lyft! You get full commission on your rides as a driver.

The best thing going for this by far, is the price. But I can't recommend Nomad to anyone yet due to the non-user friendly interface. You can't see where the driver is/how far away they are/drop off time, etc. so you must rely heavily on messaging the driver for communication. You can't see if they are actually following the route and the app doesn't tell you that the driver has "picked you up," and it doesn't confirm that the ride has been completed. Felt less safe/intuitive than Uber
