This app doesn't mandate rental agreement at the time of payment, so those without agreement can pay and after that they voluntarily flag your transaction as suspiciuos and ask for rental agreement. Once you manage to get an agreement and submit it, they reject the transaction due to no proper agreement submission, EVEN if the agreement was right one. They attract you with the low fee of 1% and launder the fees from all people while NOT transferring the rent. Use Cred, Paytm or even Mobikwik!

Worst app. No customer service at all. Will never refer any known to use it as it doesn't follow any TAT. Neither it has any proper channels for escalation.

If you want to lose 495/- rupees then you can ahead and install this fraud app. Also They say they do transaction "instantly" but it will take days (7-8 days in refund) or (3-4) days to owner if luckily it gets transferred to any designated account. They are rude on call centre. They will keep saying we have mentioned "Rent Agreement" requirement in term and condition. Nobody reads term & condition these days. So they take advantage of this and keep earning 495/- from customers. *Uninstalled*

Do not go for paying via credit Card. NO BROKER is cheat broker.there will be a seperate charge for paying via credit card and transaction doesn't happen instantly. Don't invite trouble . If you don't have money then talk to owner instead of paying via credit card / Don't fall for offers

Guys, don't go for Nobroker to pay rent, they will cheat you by asking agreement copy after paying through your credit card. In this way they will loot the convenience charge by 1%. They won't ask you for agreement copy when you r paying rent, after few days they ask for it, and they say it is mentioned in terms and conditions which no body sees it. By this cheap strategy they are cheating us, better you can go for Nohousing, Cred App where it is trustworthy.
