Took half a dozen tries over two days to get the app to register. The app kept crashing or having network error. If you put your Vietnam phone number as the identity card number then it seems to register properly.

I waited for 20 mins to buy popcorn and the cashier informed I must have the app to buy it. It is a dirty way to force the customer to install the app, not take care of customer experience of long queuing time to buy food for thi kid.
