App advertised flex pass I bought one month of it. None of NJ buses took the pass. They said it has to be a different zone. There was no way to get refund or exchange the stupid "zone" for a different zone. Even though it was same money buses made me buy another stupid ticket. This app won't even tell you the gates for the port authority buses. You have to chase some board on the wall ...why not put it in this app? I feel sad for poor ppl who have to use this system long-term.

This app is mostly accurate with trains. Not so much with busses as the estimated time can change from a 30 minute arrival time to 10 minutes making anyone late for work as it's happen to me dozens of time. It can also show you a time when a bus is expected and the bus never comes.

Departure vision for the trains are really good akthough it can occasionally not be accurate but for the most part it's really helpful. They need to work on the bus app as it is occasionally non functional..

Doesn't open fast enough. Times out when it's my turn to show pass to driver Bus 22 is never properly updated.
