This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing INFINITI Connection® on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Works everytime I use it!!

I paid for the subscription specifically for remote unlock. I then attempt to use the one feature I was paying for only for it to cycle on initiating for over 15min. I call customer care only to be told that they had been experiencing an outage for several hours. I didn't receive any notification until I actually needed to utilize the service and I reached out. How is this a benefit if the service isn't available when needed.

Useless program..when itrarely works. Its in my 2017 QX80. Total waste of money. Tried and tried but it never did most anything it was supposed to. Dealer and support were useless too

Is it too much to expect a luxury brand to have an app that works? Occasionally? Especially considering the extremely limited functionality? This app is beyond a joke in my Q70L, and after reading the reviews and long history of dissatisfaction from subscribers, it seems Infiniti has no interest or desire to make this right. What an incredible F you to its customers.

Totally useless. Like previous comments it resets daily. You would think having a Q70L an app would work as one reviewer put it for a luxury car it sucks. Now my ford app for my F150 is top dog.

I have had several issues with this app. I cannot lock or unlock my vehicle and the app has limited functions. Very horrible horrible app a complete waiste of money.

Drive Zone, Max Speed and Valet alerts allow you to monitor how your INFINITI is being driven, even when someone else is behind the wheel. Enable the Maintenance Alerts to receive a notification if a malfunction indicator light is triggered in your vehicle.

The INFINITI Connection app allows you to lock or unlock your INFINITI remotely with your compatible Android device.
