Just had my first visit with a doc. I met him for 2 seconds to verify my identity. After that, I'm pretty sure I was talking to a supervised bot. I really like this service & I'm very pleased with it. One problem is, when entering symptoms there's no back button. I accidentally indicated I might have whooping cough & I couldn't undo it. This is extremely concerning considering I'm somewhat certain this is heavily automated. We ought to be able to edit symptoms after we've selected them.

The app itself functions great but the service seems intended for extremely mild/minor issues. From the two times I've used the service, both times I was directed to urgent care or the ER. It seems, based on my experience, the physicians are very cautious in providing any diagnosis via telehealth. I get it, but then what's the point of the service if the best plan is always seeking in-person care?

The app is horrible. I've tried to have appointments twice. Both times, I've waiting for hours, never received any updates or notifications and then was kicked off the app for missing the appointments. Our health insurance covers the cost for visits on 98point6 so I was pretty excited to try it. Nope. I'll go back to the app I used to use and continue to pay $75/ visit.

Extremely helpful concept. No appointment and immediate attention makes this a major improvement in health care. Gives you help when you need it. This concept needs to be expanded to include specialists and even other business pictures. So much more convenient for both Doctor and patient. Pays for itself with a single visit. This app is a real game changer.

Has helped so much. It's quick, efficient, and can be educational. Mostly I have been able to tell I'm talking to real doctors. I've been able to get certain needed prescriptions and refills. I love having a transcript (wish I could get that at in person visits) and treatment/care plan to refer back to. And this would all be very convenient as it is, but with covid-19 happening, its been a godsend.

I have severe acid reflux and have been having some nasuea lately. I got into the app, signed up and within minutes had two prescriptions sent to Costco. I only had to do a 1 minute video call because Texas state law requires that. After the video, it switched back to text and I was able to explain everything. The doctors have been great at explaining things and they even send you a care plan. They make sure you have easy access to everything as well. Great app, great design, and your first visit pays for itself for the year. If you don't have it, GET IT. You won't be disappointed! The only thing I'd recommend is something like family pricing, but I can easily pay 20 bucks for my husband to get his own account. Thanks again!
