Super easy app. Had both Segway Max original and E45 installed and running in less than 10 minutes. Every option works well. Bluetooth stays connected as is should. Easy adjustment features. Not really sure why there are so many bad reviews. This is probably one of the easiest apps I've used. If you can't figure this app out ya probably shouldn't be riding a scooter 🙄. App was installed on a OnePlus+ and a Samsung phone.

I am very disappointed. I connected to the scooter initially by Bluetooth but after a few days Bluetooth stopped connecting. I tried everything from reinstalling the app to using VPN and unbinding the device. Now it's unbind and the app simply cannot see my scooter... Solution found: I forgot that I turned my Location off. As appears, device cannot be found without it. Now it connects by Bluetooth again.

1 star... It wont stay connected.., it sees it then it disconnects.. It cant be my phone because m365 works flawlessly but with that app i can do shyte..., i paid 800 euroos for this machine only to be bogged down by a frekking app... JUST UNLOCK THE THING I PAID FOR FROM THE START!!! But nooooooooo need that data right?

I put a star because I would like my review to be read and not overlooked. Regarding the app I must say that it is well done, complete with the essentials to manage the scooter, the reason for a star is that I would like to always be able to choose via the app by switching whether to activate or deactivate the kers that I personally disgust and hate. I find it really useless from all points of view. It would be nice if the user chose whether to keep it or not. I hope I have an answer.

The app is only able to establish a connection upon initial setup. Afterwards, it is unable to do so (Bluetooth not connected error). It works if you unbind your scooter and rebind it again. 1/5 UPDATE: with the latest update, it seems like the issue has been fixed. 3/5

Rubbish app. Have had it for 12 days and it's so far been able to record 1 out of 3 rides. Whole interface is needlessly cumbersome. It's a scooter. Get rid of the bloat too. C'mon.
