Using BlueStacks

This app is showing my cameras down more then up. I have three different locations on this app and all are down. Sometimes one will be working, two will be then all 3 will. Or all 3 will be down. Like I said down more than up. Worst thing is I travel and need them working. I want my Money back for all 3 systems. 1 star Is to high of a rating for this App.

I have had system for a 4 years. Worked well for the 2years i had them up. Recently moved and reinstalled after a year in storage for a year. New cables and everything working except remote viewing. It does internet test. It's good. Phone scan good and nothing works for remote viewing. I would recommend other options to this.

It's being horrible experience!! First my computer stopped to connect on the cameras and now the app doesn't work. Customers service never answered ; [

Unable to view Cameras from Mobil application anymore. Have owned and used this system for 5years. I've spent a lot of money with installation of camera's. Not to mention moving twice and having to pay for reinstalling camera's. The main reason I chose this system is to be able to check my home periodically through out my day. Know I'm told the server no longer supports this system! What the heck does that mean. Just because it's Five years old, I should throw it away? That's horrible!

I dont know whats worse? Customer support that blames everyone else about why the app isn't working, or the numerous trouble confirmation emails after a hour or 2 on the phone explaining they were working fine up until beginning of december, now only local wifi works. No corrections no more follow ups and no away from home viewing. I was thinking maybe the equipment is to old and buy a newer one from them, well no it hasn't been maybe 4-5 years and it works good at the house, with comcast cable wifi modem.. besides that who wants to deal with this kinda service.... All port forwards done and dvr online and identifies as having a connection the the internet. but these people don't care or would have someone working the phones in tech support that knew what was going on. even had comcast call them on a 3 way conversation and explain to them there are no blocks and everything looks good on their end. result 2 weeks ago sent another trouble confirmation number through email. That makes at least 4 now, but no result. decided to upgrade to a poe system from another company. It was 1k but they have been around for a long time and not a fly by night company

Night Owl Pro allows you to view multiple Night Owl DVR surveillance systems and cameras from anywhere in the world using your Smartphones or Tablets utilizing 3G/4G or Wi-Fi networks.
Night Owl Pro offers the following features:
Live video streaming of your DVR(s)
Add multiple DVR systems to this application (i.e. business, home and vacation home)
View multiple channels from one DVR at the same time on one screen (4/8/16 channels per screen)
Push alarm function, which notice to you something having triggered from monitoring district
Record videos and audios to your phone during live viewing
Capture still images to your photo gallery during live viewing
Remote playback record files from DVR systems utilizing 3G/4G or Wi-Fi networks
Playback local and event videos, which saved in your phone memory
Control your PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) camera(s)
View cameras in portrait mode or in landscape mode
Direct stream connection; No video goes through 3rd party servers (except push alarm functions)

PRO 3000 Series (Any model number that starts with PE, PRO 3 or PRO)

Elite 7 Series (Any model number that starts with PE or Elite 7)

WARNING: This application uses data stream that will connect to your DVR surveillance system. When using the 3G/4G network, the live video feed from your DVR will be considered "downloads" from your phone service provider and it will contribute to any download limit your phone data plan may have. If you exceed your data plan limit, this may result in additional usage charges. It is recommended to contact your phone service provider to know the limits of your data plan before using this video streaming application.
