I've used this system & it helped a lot with my business. But i got 1 major problem. If you want to access niagawan, you need to have internet connection. There is no other way to access without internet connection. Last time, i bought my wifi broadband but that day, there's poor internet connection, so for the whole day, i can't access niagawan. I have to use calculator to calculate my customer purchases. And 1 more thing, why my sales report has stated 24 even before i make any sales?

Pls improve your data entry zoom in features. Every time i need to key in the data. It will zoom in the screen and can not return to original screen size. When i press back button. It just go back to previous page. But the screen size stuck with large screen(it does not auto zoom out). It difficult to key in data. I have to retype again n again. I thought it is just phone/setting problem. But I can use my maybank online and cimb just fine (the zoom in features whenever you want to key in password and username). I try to uninstall and install again. Still the same problem. It make it more difficult and time consuming. The apps should ease the data entry using phone. But now seems like i have to key in the data using pc 🙄

Alhamdulillah, overall lepas read almost all the reviews I really believe niagawan did improve the system, and for the latest I selalu ralat pada calculation, contoh Key in jualan rm350, bayaran depo rm150, balance jadi rm150 (total balance supposed rm200) this thing jadi after few days installed and I'm active in use the app ,means before okay je.. but then since it start, Im back to the Niagawan on Pc . I hope Niagawan take a fast action to fix this ASAP.

Tolong perbaiki lagi servis niagawan. Kalau guna henfon kenape zoom out lepas tu stuck, penat nak cuba login dan login. Kalau guna laptop or komputer tiada masalah. Sangat membantu dari segi invois tapi dari segi duit keluar masuk ada masalah sikit. Saya harap dengan adanya tahun baru tak lama lagi sistem niagawan dapat dinaik tarafkan jadi yang lebih baik.
