Great app. I would give you 5 stars once you start having shops that have more items so that we can shop for everything in one spot. It defies logic that when I'm trying to get simple household items/groceries very hard to get all items from the same store. Register bigger supermarkets with more items please. It frustrates when I can't order fresh milk, eggs and bread from the same shop-very rare am I ever successful.

I will gladly make this 5 stars again as soon as maps is fixed. At least I have the impression lately it's never been correct, showing serious lags and inaccuracies. Otherwise, favorite delivery app for sure!

For a 'Super App', it's not very super. First order means getting a phone call to confirm address - but had to wait 25 mins for the call (after sending a help message that wasn't tracked in the app, and calling and getting a message that the call center isn't open), and I had to confirm that the place was right but the app couldn't get the right street name, but didn't matter anyway. Why bother calling? Delivery was fast though, even though the tracking GPS wasnt working in the app...

Worst Refund Policy Ever. Recently they started a new refund policy which they will refund to the app Wallet which doesn't not return back to your bank. The refund balance can't be spend anywhere else but in their store only. It's really annoying. Also most of the time, you will have to manually request those refund by yourself in which their customers service not even pick up of or reply at all for a long time, but time I mean no more than a few days.

They no longer have a working way to call or message for support or cancellation, so only use cash until they fix that, or you could end up being charged after order cancellation. Waited more than double the estimated delivery time, so I message to cancel my order and I ate other food. Then my order shows up anyways, so I try to contact support by telephone, no answer, try to give feedback in the rate order feature but the submit button doesn't work.Fix please, message, call, review, all failed
