Surface Duo user here. Just started using it, and I am liking the look and amount of customization available. However... I do not like that every time I close an app, the launcher swipes over to show the All Apps section on the rightmost screen. I have not seen an option to stop this from happening. I've even added start screens thinking the system was perhaps just swiping over one screen to the right, but it always ends up on that All Apps section. Also, while moving tiles around, I've had them get stuck way above the screen's top boundary (and also way below the bottom boundary) and have been unable to grab those tiles back to fix them. Maybe somewhat related, but I really do not need the "All Apps -->" reminder at the bottom of every screen. Lastly, the whole UI flickers when I switch from using both screens to one, and vice versa. As if the UI is restarting. I still think it's a lovely launcher. I hope these issues could be addressed in an update though.

Very nice app. I've registered the app but free version is GREAT if you don't need live tiles. Two issues with an SD card. 1 Launcher *has* to stay on phone memory. Moving it to the SD will make your default home app reset every reboot. Won't work if the card isn't mounted. Duh. 2 Same issue for apps on SD after reboot. Their icons disappear from the home screen. Backup your config then restore after reboot. Easier, reprogram app to make current desktop config the default layout.

Great design that's literally a windows phone but I find it impossible to get settled with it as the moving apps experience and customising home screen is somehow more buggy than the old windows 10 start menu. Apps fly to the bottom of the screen, stack on-top of each other and when I try to move one app everything just flies to a random position.

It's very nice, but the managment of where the tiles are on screen is terrible! There was a blank folder on my screen and it took ages just to get everything inside! It was dancing around and the apps wouldn't even go into the folder for 5 minutes! Please fix this!

After almost 3 years of having this app, this is still the only app I have paid for and for good reason. If you want a UI that is endlessly customizable, easy to use, and makes your Android phone unique, this is for you. As a former windows phone owner, which had a terrific UI, this is better. Live tiles, hides apps, doesn't slow my phone down, draws little to no battery, and seamlessly works with phones software. Having widgets/ icons next to apps in list in latest update is a 2 big thumbs up.

Been using this app for years and loved it, but since the last update, I can no longer rearrange the positions of icons and folders on my start screen. Also, when I close a program or folder, instead of returning to the launcher start screen, it returns to the traditional Samsung Android home screen, and I have to minimize it and return to my preferred start screen, which has also only been happening since the last update, even tho I did reset launcher 10 as my default home screen.
