MedTodo (formerly pillreminderapp) is One-App to track pills & medication, planned vaccinations, your doctor appointments, daily health measurements recording and your diet. Following is how this app helps you improving your medications and increase the medication adherence:

- You can schedule & track medicine, pills, syrups, injections, insulin capsules or any type of medicines prescribed by your doctor. Not only that, you can also LINK specific doctor visit where that medicine was prescribed to you by your doctor. You can manage notes and doctor instructions about your medications that will help you not forget a single thing about HOW you need to take the medicine.

- Vaccination Reminder: It is observed that we tend to forget/delay the 2nd and 3rd dozes of vaccinations because of the long time gap. There is a really helpful feature to create a schedule for ALL the medicine in specific vaccination plan. There are dozens of vaccination templates already created for you i.e. new born baby vaccination OR you can also create your own templates to modify existing ones. Using MedTo (pillreminderapp), you will never have to forget your next vaccination doze even for a single minute.

- Doctor Visits Reminder & Sync with calendar : As it is mentioned in the short description, we offer a one app user experience to manage all your medication tracking needs. You can create a reminder for Doctor visit/Doctor Appointment and it will automatically sync with device available calendars. Not only that, you can also take notes for a specific doctor visit and also record your doctor's instructions (with the permission of your doctor/physician) right from within a specific doctor visit. You can also easily link a doctor's visit with medicines so that you will know which medicine was prescribed by which doctor (really handy if you consult multiple physicians or doctors).

You can also track water in take, liquid intake and your diet.

- Reports You can view very helpful reports about your past medication activity and how did you perform. Was everything on time or you were missing your medicines.
