My account got disabled, because I haven't entered my PESEL number (such a field doesn't even exist in the application). The service is literally unusable, because their site also doesn't work as intended not allowing me to update my data.

Disaster app when you change pin... if not excellent when you call to Veturilo but the app has to update username when has a problem I get stuck for one year, finally today is better, now it says I can rent bike, I hope now it functions finally like two until one year ago when I use to use it! Please solve the problem with login, I had money and cellphone, I called Veturilo and they also couldn't until I not only re installed but re login, (please make it automatically when you send a new pin)

If you don't double check before renting a bike, the app will sometimes assign a stolen bike to you, getting you stuck with it and liable for it until the customer care decides to let you go, if they feel merciful enough lol.
