Większość rowerów które wypożyczyłem były wadliwe i musiałem niejednokrotnie dzwonić na infolinię, aby wyjaśnić że mój rower jest niesprawny, co było często powodem czemu nie byłem w stanie go poprawnie zwrócić. Muszę jednakże przyznać iż infolinia jest świetnie zorganizowana, osoby z którymi miałem przyjemność były bardzo pomocne i sprawnie podejmowały działania.

Szkoda gadać, problemy z działaniem rowerów jak i samej aplikacji a na infolinię nie można się oczywiście dodzwonić

Gorszy nextbike. Tych rowerów prawie nigdzie nie ma, a trzeba oddzielnie płacić bo jest inny właściciel.
