They are outsourcing the delivery to other platforms (Grab, Lalamove, etc). From the app, it shown the app received my order at 5.26pm, they manage to find a rider from Grab immediately, however, at 5.50pm, for unknown reason, it shown no rider taking up the job. At 5.55pm, a rider from Lalamove picked up the job, then it shown my order was sent to the restaurant at 5.55pm. It was 30 minutes idle in restaurant. It took more than 90 minutes to deliver my order, the restaurant is 7KM from my house.

After update apps cant open, but i will uninstall anyway cause is hard to use, not as convenient as other food delivery apps, and not much discount and offer given, much more expensive than order apps but no better service

Delivery has to be improved. Order took more than 1 hr, and has not been delivered.

Not user friendly. I have to chat with customer service to correct thier options and the apps keep scrolling and not able to proceed for payment. Even the updating address at the bottom is hidden by my keypad and when key in the credit card, we have to manually adjust either visa or master. No auto detect.Haven't seen this kind of bad UX apps

Only can select street name. My last foods delivery, driver can't locate my condo. Isn't it easier to display condo name. The delivery charge is expensive.
