The problem was fixed. I cannot see the energy today information. I can see the live information but not 24 hour information. I have reset my internet, reinstalled the app, and still no luck. This was working fine until 4pm yesterday (4/5/2021).

Needs improvement When looking weekly or monthly and you select solar/grid/home the app drops you back to the current day. I would like to be able to cross check and see weekly & monthly usage and production. Cannot do it the way it works now. Frustrating

It's okay but you can't control your system at all through this app which is stupid you should be able to control your system turn your batteries on and off when needed instead of having to walk out side to turn them on

App only displays information occasionally. Initially, I had to clear the cache and force a stop to get the app to run, but now it won't display any information. The "Support" option returns "Error loading page". One would think that after you spend this much money for a solar system transfer switch inverter and battery backup, at least they could do is give you an app that works. But maybe I'm expecting too much.

The web dashboard is reasonable, but the mobile app has a long way to go. If you want any "control" over the system neither provide it. You can't even change modes from the app. That should have been a requirement. Tariff data in the app won't save no mater how many times I enter it. Real time data is there, but non of the screens show historical data. I know it is there because I can view it on the web. I have heard the app is getting better, I hope so. When the $$$ put out for this system the lack of mobile monitoring and control is inexcusable. There is a reason Tesla is doing as well as they are... they make the data and control accessible to the user and it works. The PWRcell system seems to work fine.... but with time-of-use rates, I won't see the full benefit until the app has some more functionality.

I wish I would have never updated the app! The now screen does not show the progress though the day like it did before. I really hate that!!! Also i have to switch between the 2 sites to see what is going on. Before they updated the now screen I would have given it a 5 star rating now I'm dropping it to a 3 star rating.
