I am sorry but this is way below standard. In mobile the app often does not resume videos that have been watched halfway through and there is no workaround to even start the video from the beginning. You never know when a random video won't work. Interface is horrendous. In android TV it throws all kinds of random errors, it cannot play videos at bottom drilldown level, it often says I have no subscription because the session expires and I have to restart, search often doesn't work, no subtitles

Content is good but in fairness the Android apps are terrible. I can't watch on my phone as I get a "video not available" error message every time. I emailed customer support, followed advice, videos still don't play. The Android TV app frequently logs out so I have to keep logging in. Plus expected features common in most players are not there - resume playback, watchlist, a good search function. Really poor for €10 a month.

The app advertises itself as a way for people outside America to watch American sports, this is just false, they lack any actual sport, are full of documentaries that won't load due to multiple errors, and has no reliable support online

Enjoying the films and stories so far that are available. (Needed something else after watching the Last Dance) However, just the general quality that I would expect on a decent YouTube 4k video makes it a bit difficult to completely immerse myself mentally in it. I get that might have something to do with the production but it would be more of a reason for me to subscribe long term after my trial.

Paying for the documentaries. They don't have much selection of "LIVE" games. It's either Tennis or college football. Not worth the subscription at that price.

Used to be good for NCAA football but freezes during every commercial brake when chromecasted which makes it unusable.
