I completely agree with Carrie Williams. I have exactly the same issues and have contacted support on numerous occasions with no resolution. IFollow customer support is poor. Last season was fault free. I will be cancelling my subscription and requesting a refund. 20/09/18 update does not work at all.

Rubbish, constantly dropping off the feed and now won't even open on my phone.
