mauritius images GmbH is Germany's oldest and one of the leading European picture agencies. We are constantly looking for young photographers with a high quality approach in order to assume their professional marketing.

How you become a contract photographer for mauritius images

Simply apply directly using the app with at least 15 of your best photos. If your application complies with our strict technical and photographic quality criteria, further pictures may be requested. Upon final acceptance a contractual relationship will be established.

How you benefit

As a contract photographer you will receive 25% of the license fees of your photos. These fees are mainly generated by mauritius images’s direct sales, but also by our worldwide distribution network.

How your photos will be processed from recording to marketing

As a contract photographer, you can use the mauritius images app to record, edit, tag and eventually transmit your photos to mauritius images.
A complete, correct and detailed keywording increases the sales opportunities for your photos. The mauritius images app makes the keywording comfortable for you, as all the essential photo information is already requested as part of the image editing. A time-saving feature is also the ability to copy photo information at the end of the input process and reuse it with other photos (e.g. for similar shots or serial photos).
Upon receipt, your photos will be checked regarding technical and photographic quality and upon acceptance will be offered for licensing via the available sales channels.
Our customers base includes the largest publishing houses, editorial offices, advertising agencies and corporate customers.

How you get the latest updates & briefings

We regularly send picture requests from customers and other news to our contract photographers using the app. You are therefore always well informed of what is going on.
