Ever since the recent update I cannot access my cans while on wifi. I need to turn off the wifi to see them on my carriers data which can cause me to have overage. Their support team was absolutely no help to me. I asked if I could roll back to a previous version and they said they would get back to me. That was close to a week ago with no response. Other than that and prior to that everything was great I had nothing but good things to say. when it comes to security of my home, it's important.

Update: my review will get a 5th star when the devs add the option to customize the order in which cams appear in the app. At 4 cams now, pinning 1 to the top isn't nearly enough anymore. 😆 I want to stack them manually by priority. ***** This app and its associated product have proven to be the affordable peace of mind that I sorely needed. Easy install, easy setup... I couldn't have asked for more. Haven't had a single problem on my Samsung S7, Note 10, or S20.

App updated again 19 April 2021 and fixed earlier problem so now working seems to be better 🤞 APP updated 13 April 2021 now does not work. Netvue must try harder and fix it. Previous review: Software is a bit flakey only works now and then. Needs to be more reliable Try later is not a good reply over and over again when it works fine on a different tablet.

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO KEEP BUYING SD CARDS As usual the update breaks the device. No longer able to access the sd card in either camera. Making the cameras useless. I don't believe 2 decent SanDisk cards have failed at the same time on the same day and are now rendered unreadable in a PC after 1 year.. Attempted to contact customer services using Live Chat and no reply. DIRE

Used to be good. Updates to app mean it no longer able.to use. The SD cards to retrieve motion footage - looks like you've to subscribe to their cloud storage. Bloody rip.off!Off to replace the cameras but NOT netvue. I'll be avoiding this manufacturer in future

Useless app now.... Won't even open, just crashes immediately. Worked perfectly a week ago, who knows what they have done to it on the last update. Now makes my cameras useless and obsolete, so it's an expensive issue!! Zero stars if I could....
