A monkey could make a better app. Crashes all the time... if you want to buy a ticket you need to go to payment 100 times and start all over again.

Can't even search for trips without the app claiming there is no connection when I know 100% thar my connection is fine.

I like that one can save a ticket and just show it through the app. But when it comes to actually buying a ticket, there is no difference between the mobile and desktop version of nettbus (they are equally bad, it should be easier with mobile). Also, you have to be on the app through the entire process If you forgot to copy a voucher code, then you're screwed and you have to go through the entire process again. Flixbus is much better when it comes to buying tickets. Please hire/pay developers!

Haven't been able to finalize a purchase and will uninstall instead. Many many "something went wrong". Especially irritating that all my purchasing info disappears when it happens so I have to spend a lot of time on each new attempt at a purchase.

Downloaded the app because Nettbuss suddenly started to charge a lot more to buy the ticket onboard. There is no reason for allowing 6-character passwords in 2019. This encourages users to use easy-to-hack passwords. The 13-character max password length limit is also strange. Validation does not work, so no user feedback if you do not fill out the form correctly. Not possible to set "student" as a default traveler in your profile.

Terrible service doesnt even accept my card. Error keeps popping up for my card despite writing in the correct information. I had to use my gfs card to make a purchase. I wish to get compensation for the amount of time wasted on trying to make a simple purchase. The website is as worst as the app.
