Used the app twice. They gave the WRONG LOCATION twice! Tried to contact them but there's no phone number, their email address does not work and the app crashes when I use the contact link. Edit after response of YourParkingSpace below: I did send an email to the address you mentioned (as well as to other contact details I found, and your webform). I finally got a response to my question 5 days after I needed it. That means I may have parked illegally all the time. If you cannot provide the correct address, at least make sure you can be reached by your clients. GET A PHONE!

They took my prebooking very easily with some rapid support help. When I went to the car park serving the hotel it was an open one so you could just turn up and pay on site. So no spaces left for me. I had to go and pay at another remote carpark some distance away. I did eventually get a refund after complaining but why are they taking prebookings for an open car park in the first place. No trust in them after this and will not use again.

Do not use this company booked a space for 2 days says your spot is guaranteed and it simply isn't on arrival car park was full no way to contact the company via phone or live chat only an email address sat and waited for 2 hours for someone to finally leave still had 4 other people waiting for a spot can't stress enough how much you should avoid this company

Didn't find the app very clear on how to cancel booking. By the time I contacted the support team for further assistance it was too late so had to pay full amount.

Have used this app every time we vist Liverpool. Hassle free every time. On two occasions when I have had to cancel, my refund has been paid within 24 hrs. I would recommend this app 100%

First use at a brewers fayre restaurant and the car park states free parking up to 3 hours!! The app was trying to charge me £1 for each hour? Wont be using this again
