The Arlo ecosystem is just getting worse as time goes by. Notifications are rarely reliable. More often than not, the Arlo Doorbell doesnt work.. when someone rings the bell, the app crashes. I'm starting to wonder if the Arlo cloud is somewhere over the other side of the world, relying on really poor routing. I have a 50Mbps internet connection which I assume is up to the job. It's just a big waste of money. Tech support usually give up trying to help after a while as well.

The app is horrible. It is very slow. It says 'getting status' for a very long time and other times it says offline. 25% of the time it works great, the other 75% we have to ligout , log back in and it might work, which impacts changeing the mode. The poor performance of the app makes the cameras useless.

The last update won't record any motion, lots of traffic on my road, no recording, can't find where to go for lenght of recording time, this has to be fixed, I depend on these cameras, and doesn't show if I'm connected to base station like previous app, why fix something if it works

App won't let me view my cameras due to constant crashing! Update: Cameras didn't catch someone breaking into my car, but I do have 30+ videos of the neighbor's cat. Update: App was fixed, but has recently started logging me out and crashing again. Update: Cameras are working fine now.

Very excited. My experience with device is awesome. I have fill control. Easy setup, wireless, detect every motion and record for 10 second. I have actually caught people doing stuff. I feel very confident about the devices. I can see the video very clearly. Night vision look amazing. I have already recommended to family members. Did i say I love it.

Many false alarms, dings on your phone every 5 minutes. When you try to go live, getting status takes forever, once over 15 minutes. Another time, someone broke into our backyard at night, the video quality was so bad, we were not abled to see the person's facial features AND the recording stopped after 13 seconds!!! There has to be something better out there. Had good reviews from Customers Report. Makes you wonder... AND, access to recordings only lasts 1 week. Even saved and shared videos.
