FAQ for app is terrible. For "application," there is only one topic (my account), and then it says to choose a question, and there's only one question as an option (how do i access my account). Useless. Other opens' apps are better. How can I choose time zone?

Not user friendly AT ALL! The schedule doesn't appear to have times, and is completely unclear as to what the heck is happening and when!
