Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Ness NSL-Mobile on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

About this app

NSL-Mobile App allows you to control your Ness SmartLiving System from your Android device locally via WiFi or anywhere via your mobile / cellular network.

Check if you Armed your security system or left the garage door open. You now have control from anywhere.

The NSL-Mobile will work with any of the Ness SmartLiving panels including 505, 515, 1050L and 10100L Systems.

The GUI is very similar as the SmartLiving Alien hard wired Touchscreen keypads, so you can easily recognize the layout environment with user-friendly commands that you already are familiar with.

Available features of the NSL-Mobile include;
- Arm / Disarm any partition (Area) of your Ness SmartLiving System,
- View Zone Status,
- View the event log.

For additional features consider the Ness NSL-MobilePlus App.

SmartLiving internet connection requires a 106-411 or 106-412 SmartLan module sold separately. Port Forwarding is required for remote access.
